Dear All,

With the vision of our addressing organizational questions and moving on
to substantive work, I'm attaching a few contributions for reaction.

I apologize for the format and for failing to factor in many valuable
comments that have been made.  Please be assured that these drafts are
not in any way meant as determinative documents but rather are intended
to put ideas on paper for critiquing and editing or gutting.

(Note:  The documents are drafted according to a Swiss model. I maintain
that preference since there are numerous potential participants on that
side of the Atlantic and since I believe it could prove useful.
Naturally, the form and location will depend on the envisioned
objectives for Identity Commons.)

Please know that I am in no way insulted if these ideas get chewed up and
spit out... just trying to keep the discussion moving.
