[Community] Non-Profit Legal Structure

I'm sorry I haven't been able to make the recent calls, though did just
look over the documents that Eugene sent around.  I'm curious as to if
there has been a discussion in terms of how being a non-profit in
Switzerland would effect legal standing and IPR issues within other
parts of the World?  Obviously if we're going to be donating IP to ID
Commons, I want to make sure that ID Commons will be able to protect it.
