Hey David,
Since others more qualified than I (i.e. Scott) have already addressed this
question, I'll answer the metaquestion. The legal structure and IPR
questions have not been fully fleshed out yet, but they are critical.
Fortunately, we have some good folks who have been participating in the
discussion so far -- people like Brett McDowell, Scott, Mary Rundle, and
Dan Perry.
