[Community] proposed Working Group: Identity Commons Collaborative Tools

Drummond posted a nice WorkingGroupCharterTemplate on the Wiki last night,
so I decided to use that to propose the first "official" Working Group:

Its purpose is to discuss and maintain the collaborative tools used by
Identity Commons.  More details are at the Wiki page above.

If you'd like to join, add yourself to the Wiki page.  We'll use this list
for discussions, and if it starts getting too obnoxious, we can move to a
new list.  Post your suggestions and thoughts here or to the Wiki page.
