In preparation for this call, I finally undertook the IC wiki refactoring we
agreed to on last week's call (but no one else had stepped up to implement
yet). Please review the new front page at:

Feel free to make any improvements directly, or bring them up on tomorrow's
call.

Also, a reminder to anyone who has proposed a working group -- everything is
now ready for you to post your draft charter in three easy steps:

1) Go to...

...and copy the raw text of the whole page.

2) Edit this text in your favorite text editor to describe your specific
working group. (You can see an example at
http://wiki.idcommons.net/moin.cgi/IcCollaborativeToolsCharter). 

3) Go to http://wiki.idcommons.net/moin.cgi/FrontPage, find the Charter Page
entry for your working group (or add one), click the link, click "Create a
new page", paste in your text from step 2, save it, and you're done.

We'll answer any questions on the call tomorrow.
