Paul,
Thanks much for posting this. It's great to see the new model being put to
work. I can't promise we'll be able to reach it on tomorrow's call as the
agenda is already pretty full, but we'll at least point it out to the
attendees. However this mailing list is probably the best initial avenue for
feedback.
Best,

Subject: [Community] RFC: Identity Trust Model Working Group
Dear Identity-Commoners:
I have posted a request for comments on the Identity Commons Wiki at:
http://wiki.idcommons.net/moin.cgi/PaulBryan
This RFC proposes a new working group which focuses on establishing one
or more explicit trust models that should be proposed for use within
user-centric identity solutions.
I go into detail about the motivation, my perception of gaps in existing
user-centric identity solutions, and how the working group can serve
towards providing solutions. I see the work of this group being largely
compatible with that of other working groups.
I am requesting comments and criticism to this proposal, as well as
expressions of interest from individuals to co-sponsor this working
group, should it make sense. If enough interest in this working group
and its objectives is seen, I will volunteer to draft a charter and
roadmap/project plan that can support work in earnest on the objectives
laid out therein.
Yours truly,
Paul C. Bryan
