[Community] IC2 Sponsorship Challenge

Rereading the notes from last week at Joaquin's prodding, I've decided to
change my pledge.  Instead of a one-time $500 pledge, I'm changing it to a
three year, $100/year pledge from Blue Oxen Associates.

In addition to that, I personally will also pledge $100/year over the next
three years.
