I was reviewing the notes from the last meeting, and I don't think
there's enough to merit our phone call tomorrow.  The main thing we need
to do is capture the current state of things on the Wiki and start
working out a budget.  So unless there are objections, I suggest we
cancel tomorrow's call and plan to touch base again at the beginning of
January.
