[Community] kick-off meeting of EUCLId @ IIW

I will propose an open space session at IIW on EUCLId.  I see this as  
the kick-off meeting for that working group.  I hope all the folks  
who registered interest in that working group will be attending IIW.   
Perhaps we'll even pick up some new folks.

Also, I just wanted to make sure I was still subscribed to this  
list.  Is the last email (before this one) dated October 20 from  
Fen?  That seems like a lot of time without email on a community list.
