[Community] updating the moin wiki(s)

I've upgraded the three most-used wikis on the site to Moin 1.5.5a:

	http://xrixdi.idcommons.net/moin.cgi/FrontPage

I highly recommend the "modern" theme: after logging in go to your Preferences
and choose "modern" as the "Preferred theme"

Note that, among other things, Moin 1.5.x now supports WYSIWYG (GUI) editing!

I have not yet installed OpenID support - that's next, and then I start
working on the Mailing Lists.
