You're right.  Believe it or not, it was totally accidental on my
part.

On the call, a few folks nominated me for chair, and I punted.  I'm
flattered by the nominations, but I think it's worth fleshing out what
a chair might do before we start nominating people.  We seem to be in
agreement about the chair facilitating the Stewards meetings.
However, there's also a proposal on the table that Joaquin alluded to,
where the chair would have a greater role.  I'd like to hear what
folks think about this.
