Eugene et al,

Thanks to the persistence of Dan Perry, he and I have finally posted a
preliminary charter for the Identity Rights Agreements Working Group:

Also, due to tomorrow morning being the first day at a new school for my
oldest son, I will be attending a convocation there starting at 8:30AM PT.
Since I think it lasts for an hour, I may miss the start (or all of)
tomorrow's call. But I will do my best to try to join.

P.S. - I am also on task to draft the OpenID Working Group Charter, but with
a sea of Digital ID World 2006 deadlines swamping me, I may not be able to
get that done until later in the week. It *will* be posted before the DIDW
Open Space meeting.
