Subject: [Community] working group votes -- deadline is midnight TONIGHT!

The next step we need to take before we finish this bootstrapping phase is
to vote on the Working Groups.  Everyone on this list is allowed a vote,
and everyone is encouraged to vote.  The deadline is midnight tonight!

The way you vote is to send an email to this list and to add a +1 or -1
next to each working group.  You are welcome to abstain.

I'll start us off with my ballot +1 on all fifteen Working Groups (reps are
