[Community] iiw.idcommons.net wiki broken - Fixed

Confirmed. http://iiw.idcommons.net now works, and my cookie still logs me
in as a returning visitor.

A couple of small concerns:

1. It looks like I have to log onto wiki.idcommons every time I visit the
site, if I want to show as logged in. That's much worse than how MediaWiki
works with a name and password arrangement. It is a bloody pain, actually.
It's also one of the reasons I stopped using an Information Card instead of
my Windows Live ID - way too many extra clicks. I can type my password
faster.

2. I notice that IIW is made into a European-form initialism, "Iiw" and with
sans-serif fonts it looks like "liw" on the bottom of the iiw.idcommons
pages and elsewhere. It took me a fair amount of time before I noticed that
"Usa" is not a form of usare in Italian newspaper headlines and on Yahoo!
Do we have to go through that here?

 - Dennis

It's back up - apologies!

Still need to get rid of that index.php though...
