[Community] ID commons one pager - for review

So ... I am the collector of one pagers ...
  and I waited to the last min to do ours.
All copy is basically from the website.
I have outlined active working groups and those in process that  
seemed relevant to highlight.

I also have gone through and linked stewards and alternates to  
working groups as listed on the wiki's.  Active, In Process and what  
I called dormant for those unfully realized and inactive/shifting  
merging groups.
