I don't think so. [could be wrong, in which case somebody should  
correct me.]

For example, the whole idea of a group for identity architects would  
be to leave standards as well as vendors at the margins, no closer.  
One of the discussions that we had this week was about the advantages  
of using open source for a certain function because one of the  
enterprises needed to support the function on 237 platform  
combinations (if I recall correctly), while the best vendor of that  
function supported only 10.

It would also include things like identity maturity models, polices  
and process -- neither of which is the focus of any group that I'm  
aware of at this time.
