[Community] call for discussion period: new votes

[Fen Labalme]

Hi Paul -

I took a look for the working group descriptions but only charter
templates exist.

As I don't know what the charter is for any of these groups nor who
their stewards are to be, I cannot vote a +1 for any of these groups. 
Could you add some more details, please?
