In addition to the two charters here

that Kaliya just fixed, I've replaced/updated the charter page links for
these three:

 

*	Ibroker Commons
*	SAML Commons
*	VRM 

 

So now all seven proposed groups have charters. As for voting, I think that
all we have to go on are the charters themselves.

BTW, the proposed steward reps (or some other volunteer) for the above three
groups should copy over the content from the old to the new wiki and revise
as necessary. All I did was put in links to the old wiki charter pages.

The discussion period for working group changes (new working groups,
modifications to existing working groups) officially starts now.  Unless
there are objections, the discussion period will end at 12am, Thursday,
December 6, 2007 at which point our five day voting period will begin.
Voting will end at 11:59pm, Monday, December 10.
 
There are seven new working groups up for approval:
 
   * Cloudtripper
   * Identity Broker Commons
   * Identity Futures
   * Identity Media
   * SAML Commons
   * XDI Commons
   * VRM
 
Additionally, EUCLId is proposing to dissolve and merge with Identity
Trust, a new working group.
 
Charters for all of these groups are up on the Wiki.
 
And the discussion starts... now!
