Yes, but note that at the bottom of http://idcommons.net/ it says: "as this is
a development site, note that any accounts you create here may not carry over
to the final site." And from what I can tell, there are only 8 real accounts
(the rest appearing to be spam accounts).
If we do make this move now, then later, when we choose to upgrade from Drupal
5 to Drupal 6 final, accounts will carry over.
