[Community] change of plans

Folks:

I regret to report that, for personal reasons, I must drop out of the 
schemas work.  I'll continue to represent the Working Group on the 
Stewards Council at least until we get the legal entity in place, or 
until the Working Group chooses to replace me.

I very much regret this, since the schemas work is just getting 
started and I made commitments to work at it.
