I had to weigh in here. Perhaps I am missing something but what
unlimited liability do you, as a working group, face?
Of course, IC was intended to be very light weight. There is no
conceivable way for IC to offer a liability shield - no insurance
company would cover it. But the working group(s) could from their own
not-for-profit, Limited Liability Company (LLC), or other incorporated
entities if that protection is necessary. Since it appears that OpenID
Japan is already formed as an entity then you would be entitled to
whatever protection your jurisdiction of incorporation would provide.
