That's hilarious! I didn't know there was actually a neworg.com! It
has nothing to do with us I can assure you. I'm using "NewOrg"
because of the long-standing practice used in Business Plans to refer
to their startup as "NewCompany/NewCo." until they figure out what
they want to call themselves.

I can see why you might say that, but I'm actually not. Umbrella =
IEEE-ISTO or IC or NewOrg, Working Group (though I prefer the term
"project") = Liberty Alliance in this example but could be true of any
NewOrg Project with a "leadership team" or whatever you'd like to call
that group who is looking for such protections. The "leadership team"
would have this level of legal protection via the same analogous
process and arrangement that IEEE-ISTO has with Liberty Alliance.
Keep in mind that Liberty Alliance is not incorporated... maybe that's
the point of confusion here.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. I'm not recommending IEEE-ISTO, I'm
just pointing to a concrete example that is analogous. But if you
want to know more you can go to www.ieee-isto.org.
