Incorporating is a non-trivial task but even incorporation does not  
offer complete liability protection. You must comply with corporation  
laws and even take no action inconsistent with proper corporate  
purposes/regulations. It really comes down to comfort, I suppose, as  
to what level of formal entity you need before you feel comfortable  
enough to contribute. That's why I was asking for what conduct you  
needed protection.
