gaining momentum and avoiding delimitative efforts.

This is a really valuable point, Bill. We (or at least I) have rationalized
away our lack of visibility, and fairly, I think.
However, if we view visibility as a key mechanism for trust, then it's our
responsibility to prioritize it more.
